The road only grows while it pays
Long Road starts every round on three reels of three rows. Symbols pay from the leftmost reel to the right, and every way counts: two compasses on the first reel and one on the second make two ways, and so on. A run needs at least three reels.
The twist is what happens after a paying spin. A new reel is added on the right and the whole road spins again, for free, as part of the same round. Keep paying and the road keeps growing: four reels, five, all the way to nine. The first spin that brings nothing ends the round, and the total of every spin is settled together.
Long roads are rare
Most rounds end on the first spin or the second. About one round in eighteen reaches a fourth spin. A run across eight or nine reels pays a great deal per way, which is why the pay table has such large numbers at the far end; those runs are very rare. The signpost is the wild and appears from the second reel onward.
Because the respins are free, a single round can take several seconds. Calm mode shortens the pauses between spins if you would rather see the result quickly.

Glints have no cash value. Returns are shown so you can see how the game works, not as anything you can take away.
